  • Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. Your first class will introduce basic exercises and equipment like the reformer or mat. Instructors often adjust movements to suit your fitness level.

  • No experience is required. We offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced, and our instructors will guide you through modifications suited to your abilities.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes to allow for a full range of motion. You’ll also want to bring a water bottle, and for mat classes, we recommend bringing your own mat if possible. Pilates is usually done barefoot or with grip socks.

  • For noticeable results, we recommend attending classes 2-3 times per week. Consistency is key to improving flexibility, core strength, and overall fitness.
